Owner and Founder of the Lab. Xabi started his career at Highland High school in Bakersfield, then transitioned to Bakersfield College, Chico State, Guerreros de Oaxaca, and Salem-Kizer Volcanoes. After his playing career he began coaching, doing private lessons and coaching high school baseball. Then he decided to go full time into coaching, founding the Lab while also serving as a Varsity Assistant coach at Bakersfield Christian High School

Bakersfield native and Garces alumni, played at Taft college from 2021-2023 the moved to Oklahoma Panhandle University where he spend 2 years and finished top 10 all time in career hits for the program. He has since moved back to his home town and is pursuing a career in the medical field as well as coaching at the Lab. He feels coaching is now a passion because of his desire to be a positive impact on people

Bakersfield Native and graduate of Highland High School and Cal State Bakersfield. At CSUB Nick enjoyed a 4-year career and ranks top 10 career in statistics like walks, on base %, and Games started for the program. He has since devoted his time coaching the youth to give back to his community, while also pursuing a career in physical therapy.
